To the Qingdao Municipal Government:
We have received your requests regarding the acceptance and external opening of D20, D21 berths at Datang Terminal Phase II and D8, D9 berths at Huaneng Terminal Phase II in Qingdao Port Dongjiakou Port Area, as stated in “Request for the Acceptance and External Opening of D20, D21 Berths at Datang Terminal Phase II in Qingdao Port Dongjiakou Port Area” (Qing Zheng Cheng [2023] No. 71) and “Request for the Acceptance and External Opening of D8, D9 Berths at Huaneng Terminal Phase II in Qingdao Port Dongjiakou Port Area” (Qing Zheng Cheng [2023] No. 72). After inspection and acceptance by relevant provincial government departments and central inspection units stationed in the ports of Shandong Province, it has been determined that the D20, D21 berths at Datang Terminal Phase II and the D8, D9 berths at Huaneng Terminal Phase II in Qingdao Port Dongjiakou Port Area meet the conditions for external opening. Thus, their external opening is approved.
